VidsDesk is a private, single-operator publishing console. It edits video the operator owns into short-form clips and publishes them to the operator's own TikTok accounts. It is not offered to the public and has no end users beyond the operator's team.
Video files uploaded by the operator. Transcripts generated from those files. Access tokens for the operator's own TikTok accounts. Anonymous visit counts on our landing pages. Telegram user IDs of people who join the linked channel.
Transcripts are sent to Google Gemini to generate captions. Video files and captions are sent to TikTok for publishing. Telegram is used for channel invitations. Nothing is sold or shared beyond these services.
Source video is deleted once its clips are published. Clips are deleted after posting. Operational logs are kept for 30 days. Performance statistics are retained indefinitely.
TikTok tokens are encrypted at rest. Access requires a password and two-factor authentication. All traffic is served over HTTPS.
